How do I reinstall my app?

To reinstall the Shine app, please follow these steps:

iOS:

1. To uninstall the Shine app touch and hold the app
2. Tap Rearrange Apps
3. Tap X in the upper-left corner to delete the app
4. Tap Delete. Then on an iPhone X or later, tap Done. Or on an iPhone 8 or earlier, press the Home button
5. Turn your device off and then back on
6. Download the app in the App Store by searching for “Shine: Calm Anxiety & Stress”
7. Press the cloud icon or “Install” to re-download the app 
8. Log back in with your specific login information 

Android:

1. To uninstall the Shine app open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap Menu. Then My apps & games
3. Tap on the Shine app
4. Tap Uninstall
5. Download the app in Google Play by tapping Menu > My apps & games > Library
6. Tap Shine and select “Install”
