Cancelation steps differ depending on how you subscribed to Shine Premium. You could have either subscribed from our website, the iTunes App Store, or Google Play Store.
If you purchased a Shine subscription via our website you can manage your subscription online by following the steps below:
- Log into your account here.
- Select "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel plan" under the Billing section
- If the "Cancel plan" button is not there or if you want your account to be canceled immediately and not at the end of your renewal date, please send an email to email@example.com
If you purchased your subscription via iTunes:
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll down to "iTunes and App Store"
- Tap your AppleID email
- Select "View AppleID" (You may be asked to log in)
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the Shine subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the onscreen instructions
